This site is organized so that all the navigation
buttons and links you need are at the top of each and
every page. They are in the green toolbar and in the
white buttons that run alongside the main title. If you want to find the VNB/FSNH location nearest you, click the words Find Us on the green tool bar. By following the links at the "Find Us" page you can learn the address and hours of each VNB or FSNH office or 24-hour ATM. You can even get driving directions! If you want to ask further questions of us, click the words Talk to Us on the green tool bar. The resulting "Talk to Us" page will convey to us your specific questions and requests. Just as importantly, when you use Talk to Us we automatically send to your e-mail box a list of bank contact people and phone numbers. That way, in the (we hope) unlikely even that we drop the ball, you know whom you can call with your questions and requests. If you know want to find something quickly, use the green tool bar to go to our Search page. Many of the pages in this site have in their left-most column an invitation to download a product brochure or a product application. To download applications and brochures, you need Adobe's Acrobat Reader®. If you're using a relatively recent browser, you probably have Acrobat Reader® on your hard drive already. But if you don't, you can use the link to Acrobat Reader® that we've placed on each of the VNB/FSNH site pages that offers a brochure or application for download. Acrobat Reader® is free, compliments of Adobe Systems Inc. Many of the pages in this site contain a small animation at the very top or in the left-most margin. Those animations flag for you announcements of VNB/FSNH products or services that may appeal to you. Clicking those product announcements brings you to pages of information about the service or product mentioned in the announcement. Our thinking is as follows: For example, if you are visiting the page about Personal Checking Accounts you might also want to know about ATM Cards. Therefore, on the Personal Checking Account Page you might find an animation and product announcement about ATM Cards. Clicking that announcement would bring you to the "ATM Card"page.
