Automated Retail Lockbox

Eliminate all key entry associated with processing accounts receivable with a machine-readable remittance. Lockbox processing equipment can capture pertinent data such as invoice number, payment amount and due date. That data can then be transmitted or automatically up-dated, thus eliminating all tedious key entry of this data.

Imaging Technology

Imaging technology takes reporting on Lockbox processing a step further. Traditionally, printed activity reports are forwarded to the customer detailing each payment made by the company’s customers. Image technology allows you to view processed remittances using a CD-ROM equipped PC. This feature greatly enhances your customer service capabilities allowing you to respond quickly to customer inquiries.

For customers who are receiving high dollar payments, the use of Wholesale Lockbox Services assures that you receive competitive funds availability, allowing you to make use of all funds in an efficient manner. Correspondence will be forwarded directly to you daily if desired. Because everyone has special processing needs, we tailor our service to meet your unique needs.

Added Convenience

Many of our Lockbox customers also take advantage of our X Change Cash Manager service, a software package which runs on any IBM compatible PC. Through use of a modem, daily Lockbox deposit totals can be retrieved. The service would allow you to obtain complete balance and transaction details, transfer funds via the Automatic Clearing House and perform an automatic bank reconciliation.
