Christopher G. Stoneman is the author of many Bureau of National Affairs Tax Management Portfolio publications, as well as a column on estate planning for the Burlington Free Press from 1987 - 1992. A lawyer and educator, he is a member of the New York and Vermont Bars; a Fellow of American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, March 1989; and former Chairman of the Subcommittee on Legislation of Probate and Trust Committee, Vermont Bar Association. Stoneman is currently associated with the Trust Department of Vermont National Bank.
