 Emergency Services

If your VISA® Gold card is lost or stolen, you can get a free replacement card within 24 hours and cash advances of up to $5,000. We can also help replace lost or stolen airline tickets––usually within 24 hours. A message service for emergency situations is also available.

 Travel Services

VISA® Gold offers travel-planning services.

 Extra Insurance Benefits

• Automobile Collision/Loss Damage Waiver Insurance. When you use your VISA® Gold to rent a car, you automatically receive this insurance which covers physical damage to a rental vehicle that is not covered by other insurance and can save you up to $15 a day. Certain conditions and exclusions apply.
• $400,000 Common Carrier Travel Accident Insurance Covering Loss of Life. You automatically receive this coverage when you buy a plane, train, boat or bus ticket with your VISA® Gold card.

 Warranty Manager Service

• Warranty Manager Service offers you a number of valuable features, including warranty registration, extended warranty protection, and extended service agreements. (Extended service agreements are offered through a third-party administrator and may not be available in all states).

 Legal Assistance

If a cardholder should get into trouble, VISA® Gold can provide the name and number of a local attorney, plus help to arrange bail.

 Medical Services

When you’re out of town, VISA® Gold can help you locate hospitals, clinics and doctors. If you need emergency medical treatment, and a hospital or care provider requires a guarantee of payment before providing the emergency treatment, VISA Gold can help you arrange medical payment from your VISA® Gold or personal account.

VISA® Gold can also help arrange for emergency medical transportation and assist with the processing of medical claims.
